How do you make dreams come true?  How do you find out what you want to do for the rest of your life?  Gaining exposure and opportunities can help you decide, and that’s exactly what PBS39 Production U Summer Camp will do.

Available to teenagers aged 14-17, Production U is a a two-week camp that will provide you with a hands-on opportunity to learn all about the fast paced world of TV production.

During the course you will learn both hands-on production skills, as well as soft skills such as: how to host and engage in an interview, writing, composure, teamwork, time management and completing work in a deadline-based environment.  You will meet with PBS39’s Emmy Award winning Production U professors from 9:30 to 3:30 daily.

Upon successful completion of the course, you get to show off your hard work to friends and family on Graduation day, as well as having your newscast posted on PBS39’s website. You will also receive a special certificate of completion for participating in the Production U program.
